At the end of the day it was a gamble - just like buying any player. I think this is about money, simple as that. yet again the RFL put the interests of generating more cash from more income ahead of raising the bar quality wise. How do the 7th & 8th best teams contribute to the play-offs when the truth is they've been ordinary at best all season long?
