Keighley’s Bridie Reeves (Leeds Leos) helped England under-20s women win the inaugural Nations Cup in Toronto.
Reeves came on in the 35th minute of the 30-7 victory over Canada in the final as England repeated their success from the tournament’s curtain-raiser, that margin being 31-5.
Meanwhile, two Leeds Carnegie players helped England under-18s start their tour of Argentina with a 40-24 triumph over Tucuman under-18s at Los Tarcos.
Flanker Joe Barker was on the pitch throughout, while lock Joe Quinn came on as a replacement in the 52nd minute.
England next face Buenos Aires under-18s on Wednesday night.
