Wharfedale make the long trip to Kent on Saturday without hooker Scott Freer, who was injured playing for his ‘first’ club Leeds Carnegie last weekend, and Oliver Renton (work commitments).
Replacing Freer for the important National League Two relegation-zone encounter at Westcombe Park is Dave Charnley.
Dan Solomi, the Greens’ recent signing from Halifax, retains his place at open-side flanker, and winger Andy Lovatt – who made an impressive impact off the bench against Blackheath – gets his first start of the season.
On the opposite wing is Dan Hall – now freed by Halifax after returning to them to ‘help out’ for two weeks.
Wharfedale (at Westcombe Park): A Whaites; A Lovatt, D Hart, M Bedworth, D Hall; L Gray, J Doherty; P Hall, D Charnley, C Steel, D Lister, A Capstick, A Allen, G Jones, D Solomi. Replacements: F Lovatt, B Titman, T Cokell, J Gill.
