Bradford Salem, who beat Sheffield 9-6 away in Yorkshire Division One two weeks ago, are back there this weekend for a third-round EDF Energy Senior Vase tie.
“It won’t be easy,” said Salem’s match secretary Neil Klenk of saturday's clash, “but we have lock Damien Pearson in the side this time and centre Kris Whata is back from suspension and injury so we feel we can win there again.”
Salem’s only poser is whether to start with John Morrell or Ben Scarbrough as Pearson’s second-row partner.
Bradford Salem (at Sheffield): R Langhorn; P Deer, K Whata, C Bourne, C Savva; J Robinson, I Woodwiss; C Buxton, S Fields, D Luxton, D Pearson, J Morrell or B Scarbrough, R Bourne, K Falwasser, S Cowman. Replacements: J Simpson, S McManus, D Wyness, Morrell or Scarbrough.
