Ryan Doherty’s hat-trick included a 25-yard free-kick effort as unbeaten Undercliffe Celtic under-17s extended their CRAVEN, AIRE & WHARFE LEAGUE record with a 10-1 victory over Bradford Tigers.
Ashley Cannon fired in from 30 yards and there were also goals from Gareth Thompson (2), Sajid Khan (2), captain Thomas Heap and Misbah Chowdrey.
A superb goal-line clearance by full back Calum Davey and a man-of-the-match display by stand-in goalkeeper Dillan Graham helped Bradford Tigers make it five wins out of five in Division 12B.
Tigers triumphed 3-2 at Thackley in a game that could of gone either way, with goals for Rosie McDonnell, Jordan Kitching and a thumping Luke Duckett header.
Safian Mahmood bagged a hat-trick as BD3 United under-tens continued their recent good form with a superb 4-0 win at third-placed Otley.
Mahmood’s first-half treble gave him 14 goals in six matches, with Danyal Yasin completing the tally after the interval.
Campion Juniors under-12s hit back from 2-0 down to secure a 5-3 win over Bingley thanks to goals by man of the match Dioko Glody (2), Mohammed Agha, Adhnan Hussain and Shazad Hussain.
A great team effort helped Campion under-16s beat Bolton Woods 3-1, with Omar Habeeb (2) and Jordan Aird on target.
And Campion under-15s played out an astonishing 7-7 draw, which featured goals from Cameron Hamilton (2), Rorie Campbell (2), Chris Aveyard, Umair Norr and Rehail Khan.
Toby Riley struck four times as Eccleshill United under-12s carried on their winning run with a 9-3 home win over Horsforth Reds. Cameron Hall (2), Josh Hyde, Elliot Philips and Joe Wood were also on target.
Eccleshill’s under-14s remain unbeaten after beating Bradford Park Avenue 3-0 thanks to Emmanuel Deseivrue, Peter Booth and an own goal.
Silsden Juniors under-13s A team shuffled players around after comfortably beating Shipley Tigers A the previous week but it did not prevent another storming display as they thrashed their rivals’ B team 16-0 in the Millennium Cup.
Usual full back Ben Addison played up front and obliged with four goals, a feat matched by Dylan Budge as he dropped into midfield.
Goalkeeper Jack Baker had a spell in the outfield and netted a penalty, with further goals coming from David Hunt (2), Harry Marshall, Jack Roberts, Josh Holt, Josh Metcalfe and man of the match James Lee.
Farsley Celtic under-14s missed a penalty but still eased to a 4-0 victory over high-flying Silsden B thanks to goals by Jack, Dale, Dom and Ben. Defender Nathan was man of the match.
