Oliver Shuttleworth was a winner at the Countryside Live event at the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate.

The nine-year-old from Ben Rhydding won the British Show Pony Society Winter Heritage Mountain and Moorland Lead Rein and First Ridden Championship.

Oliver was riding a six-year-old grey gelding, Waxwing Thumbs Up, sired by Waxwing Hurricane.

A previous winner of the Mountain & Moorland Lead Rein Championship at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2007, Oliver began riding at the age of two and is trained by his aunt, Diana Leeming, of Ilkley Riding Centre.
