Greens machine keeps rolling on

Wharfedale Juniors teams excelled in recent Yorkshire age group festivals, with the under-nines, 11s and 12s all winning and the under-tens finishing runners-up.

The three competition winners now progress to the first round of the Yorkshire Cup.

Wharfedale hosted the under-nines festival, which saw teams from Keighley, Skipton, Ilkley, Cleckheaton, Old Brodlieans, Rochdale and Bradford & Bingley taking part in a great competition.

Wharfedale eventually beat Keighley 25-0 in the final.
