Rashid joins England performance squad

Bradford leg-spinner Adil Rashid was a late addition to the England performance squad that travelled to Abu Dhabi today.
The 20-year-old all-rounder joined a nine-man party that is to serve as back-up to the senior squad during the forthcoming Test series in India, presuming it goes ahead.
England are basing themselves in the United Arab Emirates for a training camp with a view to resuming their tour next week.
Rashid, who played for the second-string England Lions last summer, took 62 County Championship wickets for Yorkshire last season.
