The Bulls have reported a big uptake in their credit crunch- busting season-ticket offer.
The club is operating a new direct debit scheme for supporters to help spread the cost of their 2009 passes.
With money tight, plenty of fans have grabbed the opportunity and general manager Ryan Duckett said: “It’s been a good introduction that’s gone really well.
“It has been well received and people are taking advantage of it.
“But we’re pretty happy with how season ticket sales are heading in general and we are on schedule to meet our targets.
“Obviously, it’s a difficult time for everyone given the current financial climate.
“But I think people are seeing season tickets are the best way to watch the Bulls because the savings that can be made are just so good.”
Supporters taking advantage of the club’s Early Bird Discount offer – which ends on December 19 – can get 13 matches for the price of just nine.
But Duckett added: “This year, for the first time, on top of that fans are getting free entry to the Carnegie Challenge Cup fourth round tie as well, whether it be home or away.
“Also, they get 50 per cent off the price of a Magic Weekend ticket in Edinburgh so the season ticket deal is the best it’s ever been.
“We’re confident it’s up there as one of the best value schemes in Super League.
“At just £40, the junior tickets are unbelievable value, especially as they gain home AND away entry.
“The ticket office has been packed just recently with people coming up to get their tickets and we’re expecting the next few weeks up to Christmas to be busy with the new shirt on sale from Saturday. December 13.”
The club shop will open that day from 9.30am until 4pm and do the same the following Saturday while also opening on Sunday, December 14 and December 21 between 10am and 4pm.
It will trade late until 7pm each night from December 15-18 and is open for business right up until 12.30pm on Christmas Eve.
Meanwhile, season ticket holders’ seat renewal deadline is 5pm on Friday, with remaining seats going on general sale from Saturday.
Duckett – who says another fans’ forum night is also in the pipeline – added: “Any orders from the store or ticket office must be made by 3pm on Friday, December 19 for Christmas delivery.”
