Actress and fashion designer Sadie Frost is to make her West End debut, 23 years after her one and only stage appearance.
The former wife of actor Jude Law will star in Touched... For The Very First Time, a one-woman play set in 1980s Manchester.
Frost plays a character called Lesley, who becomes obsessed with Madonna after hearing the song Like A Virgin as a teenager.
The title of the play is taken from a line in the song, although Madonna has not endorsed the production.
It is Frost's first stage role since 1986, when she appeared in Nicholas Hytner's production of Mumbo Jumbo at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester.
After starring in films such as The Krays and Dracula in the early 1990s, Frost became better known as a businesswoman, setting up her own fashion label, and as a producer and director.
She has also been a staple of the tabloid press, through her marriages to Law and pop star Gary Kemp, as well as her high-profile friendship with model Kate Moss.
The play runs at the Trafalgar Studios, in central London, for a limited run from February 4.
